    L'imparfait
    1. L'imparfait de l'indicatif est une action passée qui dure. C'est un temps du récit.
    2. A l'imparfait, les verbes du 1er groupe ont tous la même terminaison –ais, -ais, -ait, -ions, -iez, -aient). Ils se conjuguent tous sur le modèle du verbe : chanter :Je chantais, tu chantais, il/elle chantait, nous chantions, vous chantiez, ils/elles chantaient.
    3. Pour les verbes en « -ier » comme crier, on double le « i » aux deux premières personnes du pluriel : nous criions, vous criiez.
