    Qu`il(s) ou qui l`


    Il faut savoir si l'on a affaire au pronom qui, suivi d'un mot commençant par L, ou à un pronom sujet il (s),précédé de qu', (forme élidée de que), ou bien du pronom L', (forme élidée de le (la)) précédé de qui.

    Comparez:
    Je sais qui leur a répondu.
    Je sais qui l'appelle.

    REMARQUE: Souvent qu'il (qu'ils) s'écrit en deux mots quand on peut le remplacer par que lui-même(qu'eux mêmes).

    Ex: 
    La chanson qu'il a interprètée.=  La chanson que lui-même a interprètée.

    Quand le sujet réel est exprimé dans la relative,on a forcément affaire à la tournure impersonnelle: il faut donc écrire qu'il.

     Ex: Ce qu'il convient de faire. (de faire=sujet réel)
