    Adverbs ending with 'ment'


    Souvent, on hésite sur l'orthographe des adverbes qui se terminent par 'ment'. Faut-il 1 ou 2 m ?

    bruyamment, prudemment, lentement, obstinément, crûment...

    Il faut connaître la prononciation.
    Quand on entend 'a-mment', il faut toujours 2 "m" :

    bruyamment, prudemment


    Dans tous les autres cas, si vous entendez 'e-ment', 'é-ment', 'u-ment',  'i-ment'... il ne faut qu'un seul "m" :

    lentement, obstinément, crûment, gentiment
