    The personal pronouns subjects :

    je, tu, nous, vous

     

    ¨    « Je », « tu », « nous », « vous » are personal pronouns subjects 

    ¨    « Je » et « nous » indicate the person  or group who speaks.

    ¨    « Tu » et « vous » indicate the person  or group to whom we speak.

     

    The personal pronouns subjects :

    il, elle, ils, elles

     

    ¨   The words « il », « elle », « ils », « elles » replace some nouns and avoid repeating them.

    ¨    They are the 3rd person pronouns.

     

     

    The personal pronouns subjects:

    ¨    To be polite , we need to talk to someone using « vous » 

    : Pourriez-vous m’indiquer le chemin pour aller à la gare, s’il vous plaît Madame ?

    ¨    « On » can indicate : people, anybody, someone 

    : plus on est de fous, plus on rit.
