Cet exercice porte sur la compréhension écrite.
Consigne : lisez et traduisez cette petite histoire. Pour
chacune
des
10 questions proposées, sélectionnez la bonne réponse dans le

John et Jane ont un projet. Cela fait maintenant près de deux
ans qu'ils vivent ensemble dans un petit appartement en
centre-ville. Samedi, ils veulent fêter le 32e anniversaire de Jane
avec leurs deux familles. Les courses sont faites. Les boissons
sont dans le réfrigérateur. Le repas est prêt. Il y a plein de bonnes
choses à manger. Des pizzas et des pâtes, ainsi que de nombreuses
friandises. Ils ont préparé des jus de fruits frais pressés de
différentes sortes. Il ne leur reste plus qu'à ranger tout
l'appartement. Pour finir, ils nettoient le sol avec une serpillière
et aspirent les nombreuses miettes. Ils ont également une petite
surprise pour les invités. Steven est un collègue de travail de John.
C'est un musicien qui joue de l'harmonica et de la guitare. Il va
présenter un petit programme musical. Les deux familles font
connaissance pour la première fois. Tout doit donc être parfait.
Ils se réjouissent de ce moment. Le point d'orgue de la soirée sera
l'annonce de leurs fiançailles imminentes. John a encore un petit
problème dont Jane n'a pas connaissance. Il doit trouver un moyen
de distraire Jane pour pouvoir emballer son cadeau d'anniversaire
en toute tranquillité. Il s'agit d'une montre dotée de nombreuses
fonctions permettant de suivre sa condition physique. La santé et le
sport sont très importants pour Jane. De plus, la montre est verte,
sa couleur préférée.

John and Jane have a plan. They've been living together in a small
flat in the city centre for almost two years now. On Saturday, they
want to celebrate Jane's 32nd birthday together with both their
families. The shopping has been done. Drinks are in the fridge. The
food is ready. There are plenty of delicacies: pizza and pasta, as
well as lots of treats. They have prepared fruit juice made from
freshly squeezed fruit in many different varieties. Now they just
need to tidy up the whole flat. Finally, the floor will be cleaned
with a mop and the many crumbs will have to be vacuumed up.
They also have a little surprise for the guests. Steven is a colleague
of John's. He is a musician and plays the harmonica as well as the
guitar. He will perform a short musical set. Both families are
meeting for the first time. So everything has to be perfect. They
are looking forward to it. The highlight of the event is planned to be
the announcement of their imminent engagement. John has one
small problem that Jane doesn't know about. He needs to distract
Jane somehow so he can wrap her birthday present in peace. It's a
watch with lots of features for tracking her fitness. Health and sport
are very important to Jane. What's more, the watch is green, her
favourite colour.

John und Jane haben einen Plan. Seit fast zwei Jahren wohnen sie

Am Sonnabend wollen sie zusammen mit ihren beiden Familien den
32. Geburtstag von Jane feiern. Die Einkäufe sind getätigt. Getränke
sind im Kühlschrank. Das Essen steht bereit. Es gibt jede Menge
Köstlichkeiten. Pizza und Pasta sowie viele Naschereien. Sie haben
Fruchtsaft aus frisch gepresstem Obst in vielen Varianten vorbereitet.
Jetzt müssen sie noch die gesamte Wohnung aufräumen. Zum
Schluss wird der Fußboden mit einem Wischmopp gereinigt und die
vielen Krümel müssen mit dem Staubsauger beseitigt werden. Sie
haben auch eine kleine Überraschung für die Gäste. Steven ist ein
Arbeitskollege von John. Er ist Musiker und spielt Mundharmonika
sowie spielt Gitarre. Er wird ein kleines Musikprogramm aufführen.
Beide Familien lernen sich zum ersten Mal kennen. Da muss alles
perfekt sein. Sie freuen sich darauf. Als Höhepunkt der
Veranstaltung ist die Bekanntgabe ihrer baldigen Verlobung geplant.
John hat noch ein kleines Problem, von dem Jane nichts weiß. Er
muss Jane irgendwie ablenken, um ihr Geburtstagsgeschenk
ungestört einpacken zu können. Es handelt sich um eine Uhr mit
vielen Funktionen zur Überprüfung ihrer Fitness. Gesundheit und
Sport sind für Jane sehr wichtig. Zudem ist die Uhr grün, ihre
Lieblingsfarbe.
