7th grade

Hello! : )
I'm French and I will go to an American school tomorrow (7th grade). I have to say that my English is not perfect. It is a new school, but I have been accepted. The point is that, after being accepted, you have to pass a test, to show your english level.
So, does anyone know what students who go to 7th grade usually know about grammar, history, geography? ...
I hope it is not confusing : P
