Translation of registration certificate

Hello everybody, I would like to know if " registration certificate" is the correct translation to the french " fiche individuelle d'état civil" , if not can you suggest a better translation . " registration certificate" seems referring to anything registred to me. help me please, thank you.

We would translate this by " civil record status"
Normally that's the proper term!Cheers

"record of civil status"
record = fiche
civil status = état civil
