Can you tell me if my sentences are just, please?
Je vais au lit
I'll go to the bed (I'm not shure of will go and au)
it's better to say : I'm going to the bed?

Il vaut mieux mettre "I am going to bed."
It's better to put "I am going to bed."

The ING form is used for an action which is about to be accomplished. If you use "will" it implies that the action will happen later at a precise date. It's later than with the ING form.

re bonjour,
je précise "au lit" se traduit bien par ' to bed' et non pas 'the'. 'To go to bed'est une expression figée!
