    Hello,

    1) They talked nostalgically, remembering ( recalling is much better/or just remembering their childhood. ) their childhood memories. OK

    2) He was used to watching her working/infinitive sans to in the fields.

3 )He was used to coming in to ask préposition her to help him .....mend some clothes.

    Hope this helps,

    Hello.

The first sentence is fine - but I like the suggestion to use recalling.

2 ) He was used to watching her working (no -ing) in the fields.

3 )He was used to coming in to ask her to help him mend some clothes. (This sentence may be grammatically correct - but it is awkward and hard to follow. The word "in" is not clear because we don't know in the sentence where he was coming in to... You could leave it out. He had a habit of asking her to mend some clothes for him. ???)
